Customer Advisor Health Insurance - VBV Advantageous | Career Changers Welcome

Your Tasks:

• Telephone advice for insured persons and interested parties in German (inbound)
• Providing information on various queries from all contact persons via telephone, chat & e-mail
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Continuous monitoring of open pending matters
• Possible administrative and coordinative tasks

Your Profile:

• Experience in customer consulting and direct customer contact
• Commercial training or training/experience in customer service advantageous
• Career changers are welcome, provided experience in customer consulting is present
• Confident German in spoken and written form; additional languages advantageous
• High customer and service orientation
• Completed VBV training in insurance advantageous
• Strong communication skills
• Enjoyment of telephone customer contact
