Cyber Defence Specialist? (m/f/d)
Our partner is an owner-managed IT service company and has been successful for over 25 years with the full spectrum of IT solutions. Tailored to public administrations, energy suppliers and SMEs in the service sector, our partner employs around 100 staff and impresses with excellent industry and technology know-how.
Responsibilities:
You analyse vulnerabilities, coordinate patching measures and conduct threat hunting and penetration tests
In the SOC, you are responsible for incident detection & response and continuously develop the processes
You design and optimise security architectures and maintain relevant security policies, standards and documentation
Additionally, you support audits, security assessments and architectural decisions
Qualifications:
MSc in Computer Science, IT Security, Cyber Security or comparable education
3-7 years of experience in IT / Cyber Security
Very good knowledge of network, Windows, Linux and cloud security as well as experience with SIEM, EDR/XDR and incident response
Analytical thinking, initiative and teamwork, fluent German in spoken and written form
