Household Appliance Technician

Do you have a knack for diagnostics, a passion for customer service, and household appliances hold no secrets for you? For one of our clients, a well-known company in the Vaud region, we are looking for an experienced Household Appliance Technician at 100%.

Your responsibilities:

• Diagnosis & Repair: You quickly identify mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults on all types of household appliances (washing machines, dishwashers, ovens, refrigerators, etc.).

• Field Interventions: You carry out preventive and corrective maintenance directly at customers' premises (private individuals and professionals).

• Commissioning: You install, connect, and ensure the proper functioning of new equipment.

• Advice & Customer Relations: You provide quality advice, explain the interventions carried out, and propose solutions tailored to the customer's needs.

• Administrative Management: You manage your spare parts stock in your service vehicle and write your intervention reports.

• Training: You hold a Federal VET Diploma as a service technician, electronics technician, electrician, household appliance repairer, or an equivalent qualification.

• Experience: You have solid confirmed experience (minimum 5 years) in troubleshooting, repairing, or installing household appliances.

• Autonomy: You are recognised for your organisation, thoroughness, and ability to work independently within the canton of Vaud.

• Interpersonal Skills: You have excellent interpersonal skills, a customer service mindset, and a neat appearance.

• Driving Licence: Driving licence (category B) is mandatory to carry out rounds.
