Your tasks
- Processing and prioritizing helpdesk tickets as part of daily IT support
- Providing first and second level support for internal users
- Installation, configuration and automated deployment of standard clients using Microsoft Autopilot and Intune
- Performing the entire client lifecycle management (rollout, maintenance, updates and decommissioning) using Intune
- Checking device compliance according to company policies and resolving compliance violations with Microsoft Intune
- Installation, configuration and maintenance of software applications according to company standards
- Installation, management and troubleshooting of network printers and thermal transfer printers
- Installation, configuration and support of specific hardware, especially measuring and production devices
- Conducting user introductions and training including setup of workplace programs such as Microsoft Outlook, OneDrive and other applications
- Creation of user manuals and support documents
- Maintenance and updating of system and IT documentation
- Support and management of mobile devices as well as support of cameras and displays in conference rooms
Your profile
- IT specialist EFZ, ICT professional EFZ
- Good knowledge of Windows client/server operating systems/mobile devices
- Experience in client management
- Experience with Office 365, Intune, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Teams etc.
- Used to dealing with users, suppliers and providers
- Experience in incident and change management
- Very good knowledge of German and English (spoken and written)
- Good knowledge in maintaining Active Directory and Entra ID
