As a Senior SAP Solution Consultant in the HCM area, you design holistic HR solutions from the ground up and ensure their stable operation in complex customer environments. Your focus is on customising, process design, and integration with adjacent areas such as Finance and Time Management. You take on a central role in transformations, migrations, and further developments and act as a sparring partner for specialist departments and IT.

What you bring:

• You have solid experience in SAP HCM with a focus on PA, OM, PY, and PT as well as a strong understanding of holistic HR processes from entry to exit

• Customising is part of your daily routine and you make well-founded design decisions in complex system landscapes

• You bring experience in transformation projects and ideally have knowledge of hybrid scenarios with SuccessFactors

• You think in end-to-end processes, understand integrations with Finance and adjacent systems, and communicate confidently with specialist departments, IT, and management
