Junior Property Manager - Bern Surroundings (m/f/d)
Role:
In this role, you provide owners with professional and personal support regarding their properties. You apply your expert knowledge to ensure high-quality management and act as a reliable contact person. As a connoisseur of the regional scene, you actively maintain your network with authorities, entrepreneurs, architects, planners, craftsmen, insurers, notaries, and other stakeholders. You cultivate relationships with clients based on mutual respect and a personal, human approach.
Responsibilities:
You assist in the comprehensive management of a mixed portfolio of rental and condominium properties
You are the contact person for tenants, owners, craftsmen, and other external partners
You support the rental of residential and commercial properties as well as viewings and handovers
You coordinate maintenance and repair work, collaborating with craftsmen and service providers
You handle administrative tasks related to tenancy agreements and assist in preparing relevant correspondence
You contribute to the preparation and organisation of condominium owners' meetings
You actively engage with the team and gradually develop towards independent property management
Qualifications:
Completed commercial basic training EFZ or a comparable qualification
Initial professional experience in the real estate industry or property management is an advantage
Strong interest in real estate and motivation to develop professionally in property management
Independent, structured, and service-oriented working style as well as confident demeanour
Team-oriented, communicative, and committed personality
