Role:
You are responsible for operating the IT infrastructure for managed services customers and ensuring stable, secure, and high-performance environments. In this position, you analyse and handle service requests, incidents, problems, and changes and work closely with the engineering teams. You plan and carry out maintenance work in customer environments as well as internally and operate monitoring and event management. You bring your expertise in operating LAN, WLAN, and firewall infrastructures, recognise customer needs early, and pass these on to the sales organisation.
Responsibilities:
You operate the IT infrastructure for managed services customers
You analyse and handle service requests, incidents, problems, and changes
You work closely with the engineering teams
You plan and carry out maintenance work in customer environments as well as internally
You operate monitoring and event management
Additionally, you recognise customer needs and pass these on to the sales organisation
Qualifications:
You have experience as an IT supporter (2nd/3rd level) or system technician
You have expertise in operating and monitoring LAN, WLAN, and firewall infrastructures
You possess good German skills as well as technical English skills
You work in a structured, solution-oriented, and reliable manner
You enjoy working in a team and direct customer contact
You are interested in network and security topics and like to develop yourself further
