Stroke Unit Team Leader (80-100%)
- Professional, personal and administrative management of approximately 13 employees
- Joint responsibility for implementing the Stroke Unit’s performance objectives
- Ensuring the quality of care services and securing the unit’s certification
- Responsibility for guaranteeing professional care in collaboration with the clinician and professional trainer
- Thinking and acting with patients and employees in mind while considering business management requirements
- Participation in projects aimed at improving and developing the unit and active involvement in working groups
- Joint responsibility for respecting the training mandate for students and achieving objectives for employees undergoing continuing education
- Promoting constructive collaboration within the team and at the interdisciplinary level
- Ensuring patient care complies with professional standards and quality requirements.
- Ensuring compliance with patient safety processes, guidelines and standards.
- Ensuring continuity and coordination of care within the unit.
- Identifying organisational issues and implementing improvement measures.
- Participating in the development and optimisation of Stroke Unit processes. Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and safety
- Qualified nurse ES/HES with IMC course, EPD intensive care Anesthesia/Emergencies
- Interest in developing and deepening leadership knowledge
- Several years of professional experience and ideally practical experience in stroke treatment
- Solution-oriented thinking and action, ability to manage complex situations
- Autonomy, team spirit and good stress resistance
- Good communication skills, highly developed social and personal skills
- Committed, motivated and proactive person, ready to play a decisive role in developing our organisation in a constantly evolving environment
- Fluent spoken and written German or French and good knowledge of the other language or willingness to learn or improve it
- Proven leadership experience
