Production Manager Injection Moulding (m/f/d)
Our ROCKEN partner develops and manufactures valve, measurement and control systems. The company offers employees an exciting international environment with innovative products and promotes the further development of all employees.
Responsibilities:
Economic utilisation and sustainable operation of machines/equipment
Maintenance, servicing and optimisation of manufacturing processes
Ensuring quality and safety standards, including documentation
Implementation of Lean/Continuous Improvement measures and digitalisation (e.g. MES, monitoring)
Budget and personnel responsibility, including team leadership and project work
Qualifications:
Training as a plastics technician HF or comparable technical background
Several years of leadership experience in a production environment
Sound knowledge of injection moulding, ideally combined with automation
IT/ERP/MES competence, interest in Industry 4.0
Entrepreneurial thinking, resilience and communication skills
