? Your tasks

• ? ? Professional nursing and individual care of residents – always tailored to their personal needs
• ? Assuming shift and daily responsibility in early and late shifts as well as active coordination of the care team
• ? Medication management – from preparation through administration to seamless documentation
• ? Reliable contact person for residents, relatives, and doctors regarding nursing and medical questions
• ? On-call duties to ensure seamless care quality around the clock

? Your profile

• ? Completed training as a Certified Nursing Specialist HF or equivalent recognised qualification
• ? Willingness to take shift responsibility as well as on-call and weekend duties
• ? Independent, structured working style with pronounced personal responsibility and organisational talent
• ? Empathy and teamwork skills in dealing with residents, relatives, and colleagues
• ? Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
