Responsibilities

• Deriving functional solution concepts from business requirements
• Supporting the definition of MVPs, prioritising the scope, and developing the product roadmap in close collaboration with the Business Owner, Business Project Manager, and specialists from business and IT
• Translating business requirements into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, including leading backlog refinement sessions
• Creating the project delivery plan as well as responsibility for the product backlog and managing the Scrum team
• Preparing and conducting sprint planning, presenting sprint results and product demos, transparent communication with stakeholders, and responsibility for the project budget

Requirements

• Completed studies in business informatics or a commercial apprenticeship, supplemented by further training in project management
• Many years of experience in leading, managing, or coordinating complex business/IT projects
• Experience as a Product Owner or Scrum Master in a comparable delivery-oriented role as well as solid practical experience in agile IT development; knowledge of lean management is an advantage
• Strong communication and moderation skills in German and English
• Structured, implementation-oriented working style with a high degree of initiative
