What is my role?

• You are the central hub and bear both the technical and commercial responsibility for your façade projects

• From the first groundbreaking to the final handshake, you keep all strings in your hand - from order initiation through construction acceptance to final billing

• Hand in hand with designers and engineers, you turn customer wishes into reality while contributing your own creative impulses

• Variety is your element - whether compact or complex projects, whether glass, metal or exciting material mixes: you love the range

• With expertise and persuasiveness, you represent the company to business clients and simultaneously ensure smooth information flow within the team

• Post-calculations and change order management complete your range of tasks, as here you can demonstrate your commercial acumen

What do I need to be successful?

• You are a specialist in metal or timber construction and have specifically specialised in façade construction.

• In recent years, you have successfully implemented demanding projects and know the standards and regulations concerning the building envelope inside out

• Communication is your strength and you strike the right tone in German, ideally also in French

• In negotiations, you convince with competence and confidence, while remaining a true team player

• Project controlling is in your blood and you always act entrepreneurially

• You bring fresh ideas, challenge the familiar and sense potential for improvement, always with a view to maximum efficiency

• AutoCAD and MS Office programmes are your daily companions and you navigate them confidently and competently
