Responsible for Corporate Partnerships 60-70% (m/f/d)
The Fundraising and Marketing department is responsible for the development and implementation of successful fundraising in support of Caritas Switzerland's projects at home and abroad. Target groups are private individuals, companies and institutions. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Responsible person for Corporate Partnerships.
Your tasks
- You maintain and intensify relationships with our current corporate partners.
- You monitor the market and identify potential new companies that align with our values and goals.
- With your independently created, creative and individual concepts, you inspire new companies to collaborate and win them as long-term partners.
- Furthermore, you analyse and assess the risks of potential cooperation partners.
- You maintain regular cross-departmental exchange, develop tailor-made projects for companies together with the project managers and work closely with the fundraising, marketing and communications team.
- You create appealing communication materials for companies.
- If necessary, you support the entire team in managing our institutional donors.
Our requirements
- You bring at least three years of experience in a comparable position as well as a university or equivalent degree.
- You have sound knowledge in key account management for non-profit organisations or in the private sector (e.g. sponsorship or partnerships).
- With your negotiation skills and your confident and winning manner, you can inspire and convince people.
- You enjoy delving deeply into a topic and processing it into convincing communication tools. You are characterised by a confident and precise style of language. You enjoy writing texts.
- You have native-level German language skills, both spoken and written, and very good English and French skills.
- You have no trouble coordinating and driving several projects simultaneously. You keep an overview even in demanding times.
- You are creative, open, solution-oriented and a team player.
- You work independently, in a structured manner and know how to prioritise.
- You have an interest in development and social policy issues and identify with Caritas Switzerland as well as its values and goals.
Workplace: Lucerne, 50% of the workload possible from home.
Start date: Immediately or by arrangement
