About the job
What is my role?
Independent project management of objects and direct business in the area of gates and loading technology including measurement, technical clarification, ordering, cost control and billing
Negotiations with builders, subcontractors and planning offices
Calculation and sale of objects when necessary
Order processing from ordering to invoicing
Responsibility for proper acceptance including documentation and instruction as well as independent handling of complaints
Site coordination and planning of objects, installations and transports; support and coordination of installation teams and acceptances
Participation in installation and product training as well as topping-out ceremonies and inaugurations
What do I need to be successful?
Completed basic training in the construction or building ancillary sector (e.g. metalworker, locksmith, draughtsman EFZ) including commercial further training
Several years of professional experience and/or further training in project management in the construction or building ancillary sector
Knowledge of electrical engineering
Good spatial imagination and technical understanding
Very good German skills, French skills an advantage
Perseverance and high resilience
Very good user knowledge in SAP and MS Office
