Configuration and optimisation of data communication systems for CBTC control systems to ensure safe and reliable data transmission
Review and optimisation of DCS designs and network architectures to minimise risks and improve network security
Administration and maintenance of network devices to ensure uninterrupted system communication
Analysis and resolution of network and communication issues in a safety-critical environment
Ensuring the availability, stability and security of the communication infrastructure
Qualifications:
Completed technical education as a telecommunications, electronics or computer engineer (ETH/TU/FH) or CCNA or equivalent certification
Solid knowledge in communication technology, network design, protocols and current technology trends
Experience in configuring switching and routing protocols
Good skills in network troubleshooting and fault analysis
Very good English and German skills in spoken and written form
