- The direct leadership of a team from various nursing professions and different generations
- You are not only responsible for ensuring ward operations but also actively participate in quality assurance and the further development of the ward and the entire Surgery and Orthopaedics clinic
- You actively influence structural and procedural conditions and support your team in personal development
- Goal- and solution-oriented work within the interdisciplinary treatment team
- Guidance and support of trainees and new employees
You bring with you
- You have completed professional training as a nursing specialist HF / FH; ideally, you already have several years of practical experience in nursing
- You bring "leadership" skills and have management experience
- Experience in a Swiss acute hospital is a good prerequisite for this demanding position
- You are creative, proactive, and resilient, enjoy working in a team-oriented, interdisciplinary manner, and are solution-focused
- You like to have direct influence and enjoy shaping and developing
- Networked thinking and a high sense of responsibility
