Property Manager (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF80,000 - 110,000Role:
Our ROCKEN partner offers you independent management of a portfolio of residential and commercial properties in the canton of Zurich. Supported by a property management assistant, you combine commercial and technical management with personal care of owners and tenants. In doing so, you ensure the long-term preservation of value and economical management.
Responsibilities:
You are independently responsible for the administrative and technical management of your property portfolio.
As the central contact person, you look after owners, tenants and other stakeholders and ensure professional collaboration.
You lead the caretakers and coordinate the awarding of contracts to craft businesses and external service providers.
You accompany maintenance work and renovation projects from planning to implementation.
Together with the property management assistant, you organise ongoing tasks and ensure reliable processing of your files.
With an entrepreneurial perspective, you ensure economical and sustainable care of the properties.
Qualifications:
You complement a commercial basic education with further training in real estate with a federal diploma or a higher qualification.
Several years of experience in property management enable you to independently manage a diverse portfolio.
You use MS Office confidently; knowledge of Abacus or AbaImmo is an advantage.
A category B driving licence ensures your mobility for property visits.
You combine professional appearance with service orientation, social skills and a high quality standard.
You act in a structured, solution-oriented and responsible manner even with demanding issues.
