Our client, a renowned company in the building and civil engineering sector, firmly established in the region for nearly a century, is looking for a motivated professional to strengthen its field teams. You will work on varied projects involving transformation, renovation, and major structural work.

Your tasks:

As site manager, you play a key role in the success of projects. Your responsibilities include:

• Site management: Daily organisation of work and ensuring smooth operations on site.

• Supervision: Overseeing and motivating teams (bricklayers, crane operators, assistants, apprentices).

• Technical follow-up: Reading plans, setting out, managing material orders, and quality control of execution.

• Safety: Active monitoring of compliance with SUVA standards and on-site safety protocols.

• Communication: Coordination with management and site supervisors to ensure daily reporting.

• Training: You hold a foreman’s certificate or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience: You have proven experience in major structural work. Previous experience in Switzerland is highly desirable for a thorough understanding of local standards and the collective labour agreement.
• Skills: You possess excellent plan-reading ability and a sharp technical vision.
• Soft Skills: Leadership, autonomy, organisational skills, and the ability to manage unforeseen events calmly.
• Mobility: Driving licence essential.
