What you will do
- Looking after and serving our guests from A for aperitif to Z for mid-morning snack
- Taking on leadership responsibility and acting as a host and team player
- Carrying out administrative tasks from marketing, controlling to billing
- Planning and organising various processes and activities
- Focusing on food, including preparing and presenting the menus yourself

Your place of work
At the Martinsberg Restaurant and the Bistro Bowl'n'Rowl in Baden, our host team with twelve employees delights around 450 guests daily. The attractive offer consists of two daily changing menus, a free-choice buffet and a salad buffet. At the Bistro Bowl'n'Rowl, we cook one dish in a bowl and a burrito daily. In both restaurants, the mid-morning break with baked goods, fresh sandwiches and homemade take-away offers is a treat. Through the in-house catering offer, it is possible to order snacks and drinks for meetings. Larger events such as banquets, celebrations and aperitifs can also be held in the auditorium and garden hall. Regular company events and special occasions are held.
You work from Monday to Friday, depending on the duty roster. For events in the evening and at weekends, you are available flexibly.
What we offer you - among other things
Events: Introduction week, Chiefs for a Week, special SV specialist courses, apprenticeship graduation ceremony
Financial: 1st year of apprenticeship CHF 1,020, 2nd year: CHF 1,300, 3rd year: CHF 1,550, 13th monthly salary, financial contribution to school material costs
Working days: 42-hour week (mostly Mon - Fri in an SV staff restaurant)
Holidays: 6 weeks
Meals: free, fresh and healthy staff meals
