The Tertianum Bubenholz residential and care centre in Glattbrugg offers 59 barrier-free senior apartments with à la carte services and 43 single care rooms. Bubenholz is located only 200 metres from the town centre of Opfikon/Glattbrugg.

We are looking to fill the position by agreement of a

Clinical Nursing Responsibility 100%

Your tasks

• Independently take on complex care situations (e.g. palliative care, validation, etc.) as the responsible nursing contact person, create the nursing process, develop and implement it together with FaGe employees
• Assess clinical situations and derive appropriate measures
• Instruction and coaching of professionals and SRK employees
• Training and lectures for internal staff
• Support the LPB with bed disposition and admission process
• Review MQIs together with LPB and derive measures for the nursing team
• Implement current nursing concepts in practice together with the team (pain, dementia, malnutrition, wound care, etc.)

Your profile

• Completed nursing training HF or FH or equivalent diploma recognised by the SRK
• 3 years of professional experience, preferably in long-term care
• Enjoyment in instructing and accompanying as well as pronounced coaching skills
• RAI and Care Coach knowledge advantageous
• Structured, independent working style
