About the job
In this position, under the supervision of the head of the technical department, you will manage the technical aspects of a portfolio of buildings for which you will be responsible. In collaboration with your technical assistant, with whom you will form a working partnership, you will ensure the maintenance and enhancement of the entrusted real estate assets.
You will be particularly responsible for overseeing works, technical interventions and claims files, advising owners in their decisions and ensuring compliance with the legal, technical and administrative requirements applicable to the buildings.
Your tasks
- ensure the routine technical management of a portfolio of buildings, ensuring their maintenance and proper functioning
- advise and support owners in their technical decisions in order to preserve, maintain and enhance their real estate assets
- carry out inventories and monitor the restoration of properties
- manage claims files as well as administrative and regulatory procedures related to buildings and works
- organise any renovations and quantify the work requirements, notably by preparing quotes and counter-offers, ensuring the quality of services as well as compliance with costs and deadlines
- collaborate with concierges, supervise their services in accordance with their specifications and participate in their recruitment process
- organise and coordinate the activities of the working partnership formed with the technical assistant and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective and coordinated portfolio management
- contribute to the smooth running and continuity of the service, notably by transmitting useful information and substituting, during absences, the other technical manager of the designated backup group

Your profile
- holder of a diploma in building technology (CFC, ET/ES technician or equivalent qualification) or a CFC in commercial employee, real estate branch
- with at least 3 years of proven experience in technical real estate management
- good command of French, both written and spoken
- good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools. Knowledge of the Quorum software is an advantage
- organised and autonomous person, with good analytical skills and able to manage priorities
- good interpersonal skills and a sense of negotiation
- Swiss nationality or holder of a valid permit
