Senior Real Estate Marketer (m/f/d)
Role:
You are looking for a new challenge where you can apply your skills as a real estate marketer. In this role, you take responsibility for the entire lifecycle of properties, from acquisition to sale. Responsibilities:
- You advise and support owners and prospective buyers throughout the entire sales process
- In this role, you market services as well as cross-selling
- As a senior real estate marketer, you conduct active marketing and property viewings
- You conduct negotiations and organise notarizations
- In this role, you organise and implement marketing measures
- You are responsible for customer care throughout the entire sales process
Qualifications:
- You have a vocational qualification, a high school diploma, or a university degree
- You bring several years of professional experience in real estate sales
- You have experience and specialised training in the real estate sector
- You are a curious, well-organised, and communicative person
- You are reliable, independent, and service-oriented in your working style
- You speak German and English
