Your Tasks
- You will develop a dissertation (monograph or research papers) in the fields of Corporate Governance or Board Management or Corporate Law.
- You will participate in practice-oriented research and consulting projects and write reports and publications.
- Supervising student papers complements your field of activity.
- You support the design, implementation, and evaluation of our continuing education offerings.
- You have the opportunity to gain initial teaching experience.
Your Profile
- You have a very good university degree (MSc/MA/MLaw) related to the topic.
- Admission to a doctoral program at a university is an advantage.
- You have interest and ideally practical or research experience in the fields of Corporate Governance or Board Management or Corporate Law.
- Your proven specialist and methodological skills as well as very good analytical abilities facilitate your entry.
- You communicate confidently in German and English.
