What you will do
- Independent preparation and cooking of all dishes in the hot and cold kitchen
- Organisation of the daily routine
- Supervision of food distribution and participation in "Front Cooking"
- Planning, preparing and cooking food for special events
- Preparation of production for the following day
- Proper acceptance, storage and documentation of goods, operating and cleaning materials
What you bring with you
- Completed training as a chef or comparable professional experience
- Clean and independent working style
- Passion for the chef profession and enjoyment in guest contact
- You possess a valid category B driving licence
- You can communicate well in German and ideally in English

Your place of work
You work at Shoppi Tivoli in Spreitenbach (AG), one of the largest shopping centres in Switzerland, in the Foodhall with three culinary theme areas, the Spiga coffee bar and over 250 seats. Together with 6 colleagues, you surprise guests daily with our diverse offer: quickly served Italian specialties, always fresh and varied.
You work between Monday and Saturday, depending on the duty roster.
