Your tasks:
Monitoring and controlling production processes in chocolate manufacturing
Preparation of recipes and mixtures according to specifications
Quality control and documentation of production steps
Conducting laboratory activities for quality assurance
Compliance with hygiene, safety and GMP regulations
Participation in continuous process optimisation
Your profile:
Completed vocational training as a Food Technologist EFZ or equivalent (e.g. plant operator EFZ with experience in food production)
Experience in the food industry is an advantage
Familiarity with terms such as GMP, HACCP or comparable quality standards is an advantage
Good PC skills, ideally ERP experience
Independent, structured and reliable working style
Good German language skills, spoken and written
