Project Manager Traffic Engineering Focus on Bicycle Infrastructure (80 - 100 %)
Your tasks
- Project management in the implementation of cantonal traffic planning
- Leading traffic and safety engineering planning studies and sub-projects with a focus on bicycle infrastructure
- Supporting and advising road construction project managers and various internal and external bodies on traffic, safety engineering and spatial planning issues
- Preparing preliminary examination and approval documents for special use plans
- Developing statements on consultations of standards, laws and cantonal master plans
Your profile
- Degree as civil, electrical or traffic engineer, geographer, spatial planner or equivalent qualification
- Expert knowledge and practical experience in managing demanding and interdisciplinary projects in traffic engineering and spatial planning
- Strong team and communication skills as well as enjoyment in negotiating and cooperating with different interest groups
- Confident German language skills, both spoken and written

Your working environment
The Civil Engineering Office plans, builds and maintains the cantonal road network in the Canton of Zug. Other tasks include cycle path and hydraulic engineering as well as partial functions in the areas of traffic engineering and building control.
