• You receive repair and service orders and coordinate their forwarding to the workshop
• You competently advise our customers - by phone, email or in person on site
• You monitor ongoing service and repair orders and ensure a smooth process
• You prepare transparent and comprehensible cost estimates and ensure billing
• You solve minor technical concerns or problems directly with our customers
• You plan and coordinate workshop orders in close cooperation with the workshop team
• You take care of replacement vehicles and vehicle rental 

• You have completed basic training as a motorcycle mechanic EFZ, automotive mechatronics technician EFZ or a comparable qualification
• You bring several years of professional experience in a similar role
• You have good German language skills
• You convince with a customer-oriented and professional manner in dealing with customers
• You keep an overview even in hectic situations and work solution-oriented
• Your working style is independent, reliable and efficient
• You hold a valid driving licence in categories A and B
