With over 700 apprentices in 18 different professional fields, AMAG is one of the largest Swiss training centres.Become part of the Data Team in Product Management of AMAG Import / Group Aftersales at the headquarters in Cham ZG and learn in this exciting and varied role how data from the VW Group's workshop systems arrive at AMAG, are managed and maintained, and find their further way into surrounding systems.
Commercial Apprentice (HMS/WMS)
These are your tasks
- Recording and maintenance of product master data in SAP including monitoring and correction
- Independent preparation of reports and analyses
- Participation in projects, opportunity to lead smaller projects
- Review and improvement of processes, documentation and training
- Testing of robotic applications and automations
- Responding to customer enquiries (team hotline and mailbox)
What you bring with you
- You have successfully completed commercial / business school
- You enjoy delving into complex matters, like to puzzle over tricky cases and use your structured and logical thinking
- You are interested in the application of IT systems and databases as well as the use of new technologies
- You have experience with Microsoft Excel
- You like to organise and communicate and have a quick grasp
- You are motivated, enjoy customer contact and impress with your friendly manner
- You enjoy working together with colleagues to develop and achieve something
