About the job
In this position, under the supervision of the head of the litigation department, you will benefit from a high degree of autonomy in managing and monitoring litigation cases related to rental agreements within a portfolio of properties.
You will be particularly responsible for handling procedures related to payment defaults, legal actions, and evictions, seeking solutions to protect the interests of our landlord clients, and representing our principals before the competent authorities.
Your tasks
- analyse and monitor payment default situations and litigation cases
- manage reminders, formal notices, termination notices, and other correspondence necessary for case processing
- negotiate, establish, and monitor payment and catch-up agreements
- prepare litigation reports and follow up on assigned cases
- carry out necessary procedures with the Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy Office and monitor initiated proceedings
- draft and file petitions and other necessary documents with the competent courts
- attend hearings and represent our principals before the competent authorities
- monitor eviction procedures and undertake necessary steps to advance them
- manage cases and situations related to subletting
- prepare and submit certain lease amendments for signature
- handle cases following the death of a tenant and carry out the necessary procedures
- maintain contact with tenants, landlords, principals, authorities, and other stakeholders involved in case processing
- collaborate with various internal and external parties to ensure effective and coordinated case management

Your profile
- holder of a commercial employee federal certificate of competence (CFC) or equivalent training
- APGCI / USPI training
- at least 3 years of proven experience in property management
- excellent command of French, both written and spoken
- good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with Quorum software is an advantage
- organised, rigorous, and autonomous person with good interpersonal skills
- ability to manage sensitive or conflictual situations professionally
- Swiss nationality or valid residence permit
