Your mission:
In close collaboration with the General Manager, you will be involved in the entire sales process of real estate properties in the canton of Geneva:

- Prospecting and developing a portfolio of properties for sale
- Valuation of real estate properties
- Organisation and conducting of viewings
- Supporting clients (sellers and buyers) throughout the process
- Negotiation and follow-up of transactions until signing
- Participation in enhancing the properties (photos, advertisements, etc.)
- 3 to 8 years of experience in real estate sales (Geneva market mandatory)
- Very good personal network in the canton of Geneva
- Developed commercial sense and taste for fieldwork
