For our branches in Bern and Ittigen, we are looking for an engaged, flexible, and knowledgeable sales professional to start immediately or by arrangement. In this dynamic role, you will strengthen a motivated team and contribute significantly to first-class customer service. You appreciate direct customer contact, passionately advise on lifestyle and specialist products, and actively participate in the daily operations of the retail store as well as the online sector.

your tasks

• Competent advice and active sales of e-cigarettes, vaporizers, as well as head and grow products
• Careful maintenance, design, and upkeep of the shop premisesReliable handling of goods orders
• Expert customer advice by phone and processing of written enquiries by e-mail
• Careful assembling and packaging of online orders

your skills

• Completed training as a retail specialist EFZ or several years of sales experience
• Sound product knowledge in the areas of e-cigarettes, vaporizers, as well as head and grow products
  
• High customer orientation combined with strong communication skills
  
• Friendly, well-groomed appearance as well as an independent and structured way of working
  
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form (additional languages are an advantage)
