About the job
Regen Lab SA has been dedicated since 2003 to the production of medical devices for the preparation of autologous blood derivatives (PRP) for non-haematological therapeutic uses.
To complement our Maintenance department, we are looking for a self-reliant, pragmatic and solution-oriented person who enjoys both troubleshooting and the thorough work necessary to keep our equipment in perfect working order.
Maintenance Technician
Your mission
Ensure the availability and reliability of production equipment at our Mont-sur-Lausanne site.
You will be involved in both preventive maintenance and troubleshooting. You will carry out planned operations, diagnose malfunctions and implement the necessary actions to ensure the restoration and reliability of the installations.
Your responsibilities
- Carry out preventive maintenance according to the established schedule.
- Diagnose and independently repair production equipment and utilities.
- Work on electrical, electronic, mechanical, pneumatic and automation issues.
- Identify signs of wear and anticipate failures.
- Analyse recurring breakdowns and propose reliability improvement actions.
- Ensure documentation and traceability of interventions, in accordance with the quality requirements of our medical device environment.
- Coordinate interventions by suppliers or external specialists when necessary.
- Participate in the installation, commissioning and improvement of equipment.
- Collaborate with production and other departments to resolve technical problems and improve installations.
Your profile
We are primarily looking for a self-reliant, pragmatic and solution-oriented field technician.
- Technical training such as CFC, ES or equivalent.
- Experience in a technical environment with good diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of electricity, electronics, mechanics, pneumatics and/or automation.
- Analytical mindset, autonomy and ability to take initiative.
- Rigour in monitoring and documenting interventions.
- Responsiveness, sense of responsibility and commitment to safety and quality.
- Experience in industrial maintenance is an advantage.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry is a plus.
