Head of Layouting
Responsibilities
- Main responsibility for all layouts approved for implementation at Jumbo
- Leading a medium-sized team of seven employees as well as organising team meetings, ticketing, layout module assignments and the layout room
- Project and interface coordination including coordination of the layouting team in assortment change projects as well as close coordination with category management, store construction and suppliers
- Responsibility for maintaining the article change plan, ensuring high layout quality and coordinating processes and priorities with internal partners, especially the photo studio
- Continuous development of processes and systems related to layout creation
Requirements
- Completed vocational training with further education in retail, purchasing, category management or sales
- Several years of leadership experience, ideally in retail in the areas of purchasing, category management or sales
- Solid experience in layouting
- Networked thinking as well as a winning and convincing manner
- Ability to specifically develop the team in the area of layouting and lead to high-quality, efficient solutions
