You have an electrical engineering background and want to use your expertise in consulting and office work in the future? In this role, you accompany customers with new forms of energy use and bring in your practical experience. An exciting environment around the energy transition awaits you.

Your field of activity

• You advise and support our customers on technical and practical questions regarding energy communities such as associations for self-consumption (ZEV) and local electricity communities (LEG).
• Thanks to your electrical engineering background, you understand their concerns and can classify technical matters in a practical way and communicate them clearly.
• In difficult business cases, you support the customer advisors from the Customer Center and coordinate concerns within BKW and its subsidiaries.
• You maintain customer relationships according to our guidelines and ensure high-quality service and professional process quality through quality controls.
• You contribute your practical experience to the further development of our processes, customer journeys, and IT systems and help improve workflows.

What you bring with you

• You have completed vocational training as an electrical installer, assembly electrician, or comparable and have experience in the electrical industry.
• You want to use your technical knowledge in a consulting role in the office in the future.
• You enjoy contact with people and like to support customers with technical questions.
• You work independently, reliably, and solution-oriented, while appreciating exchange within an open team.
• Communication in German and French comes easily to you.

With this role, we offer you the opportunity to further develop your experience from the electrical industry in a new professional direction. Instead of working on construction sites, you deal with topics that are becoming increasingly important for future energy supply.

The position is therefore particularly suitable for electrical specialists who want to stay close to technology but move away from construction sites towards a consulting role.
