MAIN TASKS
Support our lead pharmacist for the Cecil and Bois-Cerf clinics in the following missions:
- Ensure a secure, efficient and economical supply of medicines for all clinic departments.
- Participate in the development of the medication circuit, ensuring the safety and continuity of treatments
- Manage supply shortages
- Develop the pharmacy service quality system by implementing procedures, handling medication-related incidents, participating in audits
- Participate in pharmacotherapeutic management and pharmacovigilance, respond to the pharmaceutical assistance hotline
- Apply the group pharmacy policy
- Ensure service continuity and cover for the lead pharmacist
YOUR PROFILE
- Federal diploma of pharmacist or equivalent qualification (MEBEKO recognition mandatory)
- Authorisation to practice under own professional responsibility for the canton of Vaud
- FPH postgraduate title in hospital pharmacy is an asset
- Experience in a hospital environment is an asset
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Strong sense of listening and empathy
- Ability to convey essential information
