To complete our team in French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for a support specialist / application manager for our EBP client portal and Innosolvenergy solutions at 80 - 100%

Tasks

• First and second level support for our clients in the use of IT applications for the energy sector
• Support for our clients on technical questions
• Coordination to resolve technical and functional issues with IT technicians, project managers and third level support from our suppliers
• Collaboration and implementation of projects
• Implementation of client requirements
• Regular testing of new products and new software versions

Requirements

• Technical apprenticeship, preferably in electrical engineering or IT
• Alternatively, a basic commercial training with additional training in IT / systems engineering / electrical engineering
• Strong customer service orientation
• Friendly and communicative personality
• A strong team spirit
• Your approach is solution-oriented and you work independently
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Fluency in French (C1) and German (B2) is essential
