jobgate ag is a personnel services company based in Aarau, specialising in the placement and leasing of skilled personnel in the fields of mechanics, technology, IT, commercial professions, logistics, timber construction and the building trades.
On behalf of our client, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for several flat roof insulators / Polybauer, preferably also a team of two.
Responsibilities / Main Tasks
- Carrying out sealing work on flat roofs with bitumen, plastic or liquid plastic membranes
- Insulating and damping flat roofs in accordance with applicable standards and regulations
- Preparing and cleaning substrates (e.g. by grinding, flame treatment or priming)
- Welding, gluing or heat-sealing sealing membranes
- Installing thermal insulation as well as protective and separating layers
- Installing roof drains, ventilation elements and other built-in components
- Carrying out connections, terminations and penetrations (detailed work)
- Applying safety and occupational health measures on the construction site
- Participating in renovation, repair and maintenance work
- Documenting the work performed and reporting
Qualifications / Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship as Polybauer EFZ specialising in flat roofs or demonstrably several years of experience
- Independent and reliable working style
- Punctual and reliable
- Friendly and well-groomed appearance and good manners
- Good knowledge of German
- Driving licence category B mandatory
