Your field of activity
- Together with the nursing management, you share responsibility for the further development and assurance of nursing quality in the Centre for Intensive Care (ZIM). In doing so, you actively design and implement nursing concepts and make an important contribution to professional nursing development
- Together with other specialists, the APN nursing expert and the interprofessional team, you bring your professional expertise and practical perspective into various project groups, thus making a valuable contribution to the further development of nursing practice
- You are responsible for competent and patient-oriented care of the patients, perform duties in direct care in all shifts and support students in their professional development
- Your workplace is an interdisciplinary intensive care unit with state-of-the-art workstations and comprehensive infrastructure
Your experience
- You are an expert in intensive care nursing NDS HF, have an equivalent advanced training in intensive care nursing or are a qualified nurse HF/FH with experience in the intensive care environment. Additionally, you have completed a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in nursing or are willing to complete one
- You greatly enjoy the further development of nursing processes and recognising patient needs
- You like challenging situations and always maintain the necessary foresight as well as a cool head
- You are an empathetic, integrating personality with a high service and customer orientation as well as pronounced communication skills, practising your profession with much heart and commitment
