Job Description
We are seeking an experienced workshop butcher to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for boning, trimming and cutting meats, including beef, veal and pork. Your role will involve preparing meat cuts according to strict quality standards, while working in a production workshop. Compliance with hygiene standards and HACCP protocols is essential in this role. You will also need to manage production volumes and meet imposed production rates. Maintaining your workstation is a priority to ensure a clean and organised working environment. We expect you to demonstrate great rigour and a strong sense of responsibility, to contribute to the quality and safety of the products we offer our clients.Requirements
You must hold a butcher’s federal certificate of competence (CFC) or an equivalent qualification, with proven experience in the field. A good mastery of cutting techniques is indispensable. We are looking for an autonomous, precise and organised person, with good physical condition. Team spirit and reliability are essential qualities to succeed in this position.We Offer
