For an established, owner-managed company in the Winterthur region, we are looking for you – a motivated IT System Engineer (m/f/d) with a passion for modern infrastructure and cloud solutions.
Your Tasks
- Independent implementation of customer projects in the field of IT infrastructure (e.g. NetApp, HPE, SonicWall)
- Setup and operation of highly available virtualisation and backup environments (VMware, Veeam, NetApp)
- Execution of migrations in Microsoft 365 environments including Exchange Online, Intune & Azure
- Installation and maintenance of client/server systems (Microsoft technologies)
- Remote or on-site support for SME customers in the German-speaking part of Switzerland
- Support in 2nd and 3rd level support
- Responsibility for technical documentation & project coordination
- Participation in VoIP projects with 3CX
Our Requirements
- Completed training in computer science (EFZ or equivalent)
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the IT system environment, ideally on the provider side
- Solid know-how in:
- Microsoft 365 / Azure, VMware, Windows Server & AD, Exchange Online, Intune, GPO, Veeam, NetApp, HPE, SonicWall
- Advantageous: experience with HPE Aruba, Linux knowledge
- Strong customer orientation and accustomed to project responsibility
- Independent working style and enjoyment of teamwork
- Very good German and good English skills
- Driving licence category B and residence in the Winterthur region
