Health Specialist or Care Specialist (50 - 100 %)

Your Tasks

• Assisting with the care and support of residents
• Individual and resource-oriented support of residents and their relatives
• Co-responsibility for the design of residents' rooms and communal areas
• Responsibility for order and homeliness in the living area
• Performing household tasks in everyday life
• Collaboration with the nursing professional in daily business
• Working in early, late and night shifts as well as on weekends

Our Requirements

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ or Care Specialist EFZ
• At least several years of professional experience in care
• Willingness to work early, late and night shifts including weekend shifts
• Sense of responsibility, resilience and high social competence
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
