ICT System Administrator (m/f/d)
Role:
In this position, you will take over the operation and further development of a modern Microsoft-based IT infrastructure. You combine system engineering, IT support and project work and ensure a stable, secure and future-oriented IT operation.
Responsibilities:
Operation, maintenance and further development of the IT infrastructure with Windows and Linux servers, VMware vSphere, Microsoft 365, Azure, network and cloud telephony solutions
Ensuring professional 1st and 2nd level support including coordination with internal and external contacts
Administration and expansion of client management with Microsoft Intune as well as provision and management of IT workstations
Support and further development of business-critical specialist applications
Participation in or management of infrastructure, migration and digitalisation projects
Responsibility for updates, backups, licence management, certificates, IT security and technical documentation
Qualifications:
Completed ICT training EFZ or comparable qualification
Initial professional experience in IT operations or system engineering
Good knowledge of Windows and Linux servers, VMware, Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, networks and cloud solutions
Structured, independent and quality-conscious working style
High service orientation and enjoyment of direct user contact
Very good German and good English skills
