Inpatient Health Manager (all)
Here is how you contribute to health
- Processing care requests in case of hospitalisation (LAMal/LCA)
- Checking, entering, recording and paying invoices (LAMal/LCA) in the inpatient sector
- Telephone contacts and drafting correspondence with insured persons, healthcare providers and other insurers
- Personalised follow-up of hospitalisation cases with our insured persons
What sets you apart from others
- Commercial employee CFC; a certificate in the field of health/social insurance is an advantage
- Proven professional experience within a health insurance company in the inpatient sector
- Excellent command of oral and written communication in French, English or German is an advantage
- High degree of autonomy, strong sense of responsibility and initiative
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ease in communication
