Human Resources Advisor

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

As part of a maternity leave replacement, you will collaborate on the development of HR policy and the administrative management of human resources, in cooperation with the HR team.

You advise and assist stakeholders in the field of human resources.

You analyse staffing needs and actively contribute to the recruitment process.

You participate in the continuous improvement of human capital management.

You take part in the development of HR projects and provide support to the HR Manager.

DESIRED PROFILE

Federal diploma as an HR specialist or an equivalent qualification required.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position.

Experience in the public sector highly desirable.

Analytical and synthesis skills.

Knowledge of PeopleSoft is an asset.

Self-control and stress management.
