About the job
To strengthen our Corporate Client team on the Neuchâtel Littoral, we are looking for an experienced Corporate Client Advisor. Based in Colombier, you will actively participate in the development of our activities. You will develop a portfolio of SME clients and be the Bank's point of contact for supporting real estate companies and property developers, particularly in relation to their financing projects.
What awaits you?
- You are the preferred contact for our real estate clients and support them in their financing projects;
- You advise and support corporate clients in all their banking needs;
- You actively develop your portfolio through acquiring new clients and maintaining your network;
- You analyse, structure and present complex financing files in compliance with regulatory requirements and the Bank's quality standards;
- You represent the Bank to economic actors in the region and actively contribute to its development.
What do you bring?
- Recognised expertise in financing real estate companies and property developments;
- Several years of solid experience in corporate client advisory within a Swiss banking institution;
- Excellent command of financial analysis and corporate financing;
- A valid SAQ certification or willingness to obtain it within the defined timeframe;
- Good knowledge of the Neuchâtel economic fabric and its actors;
- An autonomous, committed and solution-oriented personality.
