Mandate Manager / Accountant 80-100% (m/f/d) - Bern Region

Introduction

For an established and successful company in the fiduciary and financial services sector, we are looking for a committed individual to start immediately or by arrangement as a Accountant / Fiduciary 80-100%.

Our client serves a diverse clientele and offers a professional environment with varied tasks, high personal responsibility, and long-term development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Managing financial accounting for various client mandates
• Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting
• Assisting with tax declarations for individuals and legal entities
• Advising and supporting clients on accounting matters
• Reconciling accounts and general fiduciary duties
• Contributing to the optimisation of processes and workflows

Profile

• Completed commercial training with further education in finance and accounting or fiduciary services is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in accounting or fiduciary services
• Sound knowledge of financial accounting
• Independent, precise, and customer-oriented working style
• Enjoyment of client contact and varied tasks
• Confident use of common accounting software and MS Office
