HR Team Leader 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• You lead a team of 3-4 employees and promote their professional and personal development

• You continuously optimise and design existing HR processes

• You take responsibility for the entire recruitment process

• You actively participate in the monthly payroll accounting

• You are the central contact person for managers on all personnel-related issues

• You create and are responsible for HR reporting at the corporate level

• You coordinate and manage the interfaces between the various upstream systems and SAP

What do I need to be successful?

• Successfully completed commercial training as well as solid professional experience in a similar role

• Certification as an HR specialist with a federal diploma or equivalent qualification in human resources

• Proven experience in leading and developing teams over several years

• Extensive expertise in Swiss labour law and its practical application

• Confident use of MS Office programmes, especially Outlook, Excel and Word

• Practical experience with SAP systems is an advantage

• Very good German skills in spoken and written form; French skills are desirable

• Assertive and trustworthy personality with precise and structured working methods
