What awaits you

Welcoming internal and external colleagues

Directing and accompanying clients as needed

Managing the telephone switchboard, emails and specific requests

Providing excellent reception and service

Managing seminar rooms

Administrative support for the general services department

Support with invoicing

Handling mail, DHL and other couriers

Maintaining the storeroom (office supplies and equipment stock)

Ensuring follow-up with suppliers and service providers

What you bring

Qualified training in hospitality or catering

At least 5 years’ experience in hospitality and/or corporate reception in an international context

Very good knowledge of the Microsoft suite Excellent command of French, English and German, both spoken and written (minimum C1 level required)

Strong customer orientation

Excellent interpersonal skills and very good communication abilities

Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities with great attention to detail

Proactivity and flexibility
