Specialist Cleaner

• Thorough cleaning of various floor coverings and coatings
• Thorough cleaning of sanitary facilities
• Carrying out window and façade cleaning
• Performing post-construction cleaning
• Moving and carpet cleaning
• Operation, use and maintenance of special equipment and cleaning agents
• Work on weekdays as well as planned work assignments on Saturdays
• Operation of various lifting and elevating work platforms
• Availability for irregular working hours
• Documentation of completed work

• Completed EFZ/EBA training or several years of professional experience in specialist cleaning
• PSAgA pass (Personal Protective Equipment against falls) advantageous
• Experience in operating various cleaning machines
• Operator licence for lifting and elevating platforms (IPAF) advantageous
• Category B driving licence mandatory
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Punctuality and reliability, careful and independent working style
• Teamwork and flexibility
• Physical resilience and freedom from vertigo (working at heights)
• Clean criminal record and debt enforcement extract
