To support our IT team, we are looking for our offices in Yverdon-les-Bains, Switzerland for an:
Purpose:
The mission is to ensure the operational execution of ERP-related developments and data integration. The selected candidate will contribute to the company’s ongoing digital transformation by implementing and maintaining technical solutions around Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), including API-based interfaces and data automation workflows using Microsoft Fabric components.
The position requires flexibility and a hands-on mindset, with occasional involvement in adjacent technical topics beyond the ERP perimeter.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop customisations in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central using AL language.
- Diagnose and resolve ERP-related technical issues and collaborate with key users and the Business Transformation team to implement approved changes.
- Build and monitor API-based integrations between Business Central and external systems, ensuring data consistency and secure exchanges.
- Design and support Power Automate flows and Power Apps to automate business processes and operational tasks.
- Contribute to the integration of ERP data into Microsoft Fabric through dataflows or pipelines.
- Write and maintain technical documentation for developments, integrations, and automation components.
- Coordinate with external ERP development partners to ensure alignment on releases and deliverables.
- Support internal developments when appropriate, including testing, deployment preparation, and traceability of changes.
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central, including development using AL language.
- Good understanding of business processes and ERP data structures in supply chain, finance, and production.
- Awareness of how ERP systems support traceability and regulatory alignment in industrial environments.
- Practical knowledge of REST and OData APIs, and ability to design and manage system integrations.
- Experience using Power Automate and Power Apps to implement business automation solutions.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric concepts (dataflows, pipelines) is a plus.
- Experience working in collaboration with external service providers.
- Ability to prepare technical documentation, support internal developments, and understand the AL lifecycle and deployment concepts.
